Mountain guide Florian Bosshard
Florian Bosshard is enthusiastic about the mountains and their possibilities. He loves climbing on aesthetic walls and ridges. Likewise, freeriding always puts a smile on his face. He loves to show you the swirling snow, the racy turns and the untouched nature. He also really gets going during high altitude tours, ski tours and ice climbing.
He will pass on his fire and enthusiasm for what he does to you with his open and upbeat manner. His character fits in with our principle: Bergschaft: Community - Rope team - Friendship. He always brings a cool vibe to the group and likes to crack a joke from time to time.
Besides working as a mountain guide, he spends a lot of time with his family in the Zurich Oberland. He lives in the countryside, enjoys looking after the sheep, working together and treats himself to a timeout with his paraglider every now and then. He loves life and always starts the day with a smile.

The Bergschaft has given me two of my best holidays ever. Ski touring in the Lofoten Islands in Norway and a week of trad climbing in the Dolomites. I have also taken part in weekend climbing trips with my family, ice climbing and splitboarding trips. This was my 2nd time on a Haute Route with Bergschaft. First the Grisons, then the Valais. Both tours were super organised, super guided. The scenery, especially on the Valais Haute Route, was stunning. Even if the weather didn't always play ball, it was great fun in a group. Everyone pitched in at the bivouac, whether it was melting snow for soup, cooking or washing up, it was just great to be able to experience moments like this. Many thanks!
