Why does crack climbing always look so calm and easy in climbing films? Many people ask themselves this question and the answer is obvious: because the protagonists have mastered the right technique. We teach you the right crack climbing technique and expand your repertoire of moves with a very special form of movement.

In this course you can "jam" crack routes in the toprope, learn what "left side in" means and what a "lock" is. We will show you how to tape your own crack gloves and which mobile belay devices are used when, how and where.

Cadarese is the crack climbing area of the Alps, there are countless routes, splitters and cracks. Many are easy to reach and can be climbed in single pitches, of course with traditional protection. So you have the opportunity to gain lots of new experiences and significantly improve your climbing level.

Depending on our wishes, we will eat in a restaurant in the evening, some of which are just a few minutes' drive away, or cook for ourselves.
