Lonely ski tours | Lauteraar region with mountain guide
The Lauteraar region is still one of the loneliest spots in Switzerland. For Jonas, the Lauteraar region is a very special place. He will gladly show you the best tours there! In May, conditions there are often at their best and Auffahrt is ideally situated this year. So we'll take the opportunity and do some racy ski tours in the lonely Lauteraar area over Ascension. We start with the Gandegbahn and enter the area via the Gaulihütte. The Lauteraar basin is now at our feet. The Lauteraar hut is not staffed, but well equipped with food and drink. We have the hut all to ourselves and can really enjoy the wild nature! Great tours await us: the passage from the Gaulihütte to the Lauteraarhütte leads us through a couloir where we tie on our skis, and the Scheuchzerhorn is made for speedy ski descents. We leave the area either via the Gauli or via the Bächli valley.
